This is Yoga:

It shines light into the mind and expands the inner body while strengthening the physical form. . . it calms the nervous system, opens the heart, cultivates discipline, invites balance into every aspect of your life and is a powerful teacher of the breath as a bridge between the body and mind.

Restoring Balance and Harmony

All of nature seeks to restore balance to the system.  If your external world is in perfect order but inside you're a mess, or vice versa - perhaps your internal world is as peaceful as a windless lake yet the contents of your life are in disarray, then give some TLC to whatever area is out of harmony - all of life seeks to re-harmonize itself - your conscious attention can go a long way to restoring this balance. Pay attention and lovingly attend to whatever it is you find.

Holy Leisure

Holy leisure refers to a sense of balance in the life, an ability to be at peace through the activities of the day, an ability to rest and take time to enjoy beauty, an ability to pace ourselves.
